- The study of one Shakespeare play
- The study of Prose published before 1914
- The study of Poetry published after 1914
Talking & Listening
Assessment is based upon a pupil's best achievement in a range of situations, with a range of audiences and activities, during the course as a whole.
Reading
Assessment of Reading is based upon coursework, however records of oral activities may also provide evidence of reading Skills.
Writing
Assessment of Writing is based on 3 pieces of work, 2 of which are chosen from a prescribed list.
