These photos are from the Senior Cup draw at the UTV studios. We were drawn to play holders St Columbs and the game has been awarded tie of the round status meaning extra media attention, especially in the Daily Mirror.
Twelve pupils from 10A accompanied by Mr. Keith & Mr. Todd visited the Ypres and Somme battlefields with twelve boys from Christian Brothers School, Glen Road. The boys had a great time learning about the exploits of the 36th (Ulster) Division and 16th (Irish) Division in Flanders and the Somme.
It was a very moving experience, especially when three boys from each school laid a wreath on behalf of 'The INternational School for Peace" which organised and facilitated the visit. The boys from each school got on very well together. They really enjoyed the outdoor skating rink at the Christmas market in Ypres town square.

Congratulations to Braiden McCartney (10A1) who passed his Grade 3 with merit. He follows Samuel Megarry (9A1) who passed both his Grade 2 & 3 last year - well done to both boys, keep up the good work!
