Hull’s Sausages are supporting Belfast Boys’ Model School’s participation in Farmhouse Breakfast Week. The aim is to highlight the importance of eating breakfast to aid performance in the classroom and also to strengthen sporting achievement. The week will be running from 25th – 31st January 09.
To mark the week Hull’s will be supplying the school with a variety of products, enabling Home Economics classes to run breakfast cookery demonstrations and workshops. These will emphasize the energy giving benefits of a good breakfast which are essential for growing boys who desire to achieve optimum results, both physically and academically, throughout the day.
Commenting on the partnership with Boys’ Model School, Hull’s Director, Seamus Doherty said, “We are extremely happy to participate in educating the Belfast Boys’ Model pupils as to the significance of having a substantial breakfast in order to ensure they have the ability to perform at peak levels. Not only is the school fostering positive eating habits but it is also encouraging their pupils to prepare their bodies for optimum performance. Hull’s are delighted to be given the opportunity to become involved in such a commendable initiative.”
