  • Planning, Preparing, Cooking and Finishing Food

CCEA Occupational Studies

100% coursework. Two units completed:

  • Contemporary Cuisine

  • Patisserie and Baking


Post 16

Enrichment - Hospitality

This is a 10-week enrichment course in Hospitality and Event Management.
Recognised qualifications are gained at Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Safety and First Aid at Work.
