Today was the second day of the Generation H project run by the Ulster University Business School. The boys visited Stormont Hotel along with pupils from the Girls Model and Mercy College to see what careers are like in the Hospitality industry. Talks were given by the General Manager of the hotel and the Executive Head Chef. The pupils took part in an X-Factor style competition to design and present their 'Ideal Hotel'. A team of pupils from the Boys' Model won with their innovative eco-hotel aimed at families and based on sustainability. It was a great experience for our boys, developing a range of skills - communication, presentation and creativity as well as giving them an insight into the world of work.
