The final day of the Generation H project for our Year 11 Travel & Tourism and Hospitality pupils. Today we visited the Ulster University where the boys took part in many different activities - decorating cupcakes, taste tests, painting cakes using flavoured icing, as well as the art of napkin folding - Andrew was a star!
The boys heard from the CEO of Grafton Recruitment Tina McKenzie talking about the potential careers available in the Hospitality industry and she shared her secrets for success "In your careers you must find something that you are interested in, passionate about and enjoy". A fantastic day all around.
