Aims

  • The ASDAN Level 2 Award in Employability is designed to help learners develop the skills needed to become successful employees. 

  • The primary purpose of this qualification is to support them in overcoming barriers to entering work.

Post 16 Courses

Employability is a Level 2 qualification which is administered by ASDAN.
It is 100% portfolio based and does not have an exam component.
