Aims

  • To develop broad skills, knowledge and understanding of the travel and tourism industry

  • To apply their knowledge and understanding of travel & tourism and use research, evaluation and problem-solving skills in vocational contexts

  • To help pupils to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines, work independently and within teams

  • Participate in visits to travel & tourism organisations and destinations

Tourism is studied as part of the Geography Curriculum in Year 10.
