On Tuesday, 100 of our Boys’ Model pupils proudly took part in "Restart A Heart" – Live Training. The event ran every hour, on the hour, giving our pupils the chance to get hands-on with life-saving skills.
👏 Restart a Heart (RSAH) is an annual initiative led by Resuscitation Council UK, aimed at increasing survival rates from out-of-hospital cardiac arrests by equipping more people with the knowledge and confidence to perform CPR.
During the sessions, our pupils learned:
✅ How to deliver effective CPR.
✅ How to operate a defibrillator.
✅ How to approach a medical emergency.
✅ What the abbreviation DRABC stands for.
This training is about so much more than just learning techniques – it’s about empowerment. Knowing CPR could one day mean the difference between life and death.
We are incredibly proud of our students for embracing this opportunity. The skills they’ve learned could one day save someone’s life. ❤️
