Year 14 and Year 13 Business pupils recently participated in an University of Ulster Business STEM Event. This exciting opportunity enabled our pupils to engage with Ulster University Business School academics, local entrepreneurs, employers and current Ulster University students.
The senior pupils shared their opinions in three round-table discussions centered on the following topics:
• What is entrepreneurship, and can it be effectively taught in a classroom?
• If so, who should be the instructor, and how it should be taught?
• What motivates young people to pursue entrepreneurship?
